The Saint King’s Army – Task Three

June 26th, 2007

FINALLY! The third part of my master plan can be put into practise. The pitter patter of pitiful pennies are dangling in my back account and therefore we can proceed. As Kevin finishes off dealing with Daisy the Dictaphone and I am continually writing to Miss Emily Brown the third task is passed onto Chris.

It will eventually involve all three of us but Chris, my dear boy, you are to start it off. I shall be sending you a camera in the post very soon. Contained in that little plastic box of black is about twenty-six possible pictures. I think. Your job is to take nine pictures. They can be nine pictures of anything you like. It could be things at work, you with Friya, random objects in your flat, it doesn’t matter. When you have taken said pictures the camera will be passed to Kevin, and then myself who will pay for them to be developed. Copies will be sent on so we can all see what each other has been crazy enough to take their time to take photos of.

Sound good? Well if it doesn’t you cant go listen to Bloc Party. Shiny shiny, shiny boots of leather…

You see that? I like them apples. Those are the kind of apples I’d love to go yachting with.

Sounds like this is an analogue camera, which seems very 20th century. How retro-chic!

I once ate an apple from a shiny man.

That was me! I poisined that apple.

  • 4. Chris  |  June 28th, 2007 at 10:39

    No!!! Not poisin!

  • 5. Kevil  |  June 28th, 2007 at 11:23

    Yes, and also poison!

Such a fiend! To use both poison and poisin, I’m surprised Big Red Chicken is still standing… Big Red Chicken?

    Big Red Chicken?!?

    What a chump.

I hope the camera gets to Marshall before the postal strike tomorrow. I wouldn’t want him missing out on any photo-esque camera-related picture fun!

Already I have two, that’s TWOOO, pictures loaded onto its low-cost filmy ass.

I have plans for at least ONE more before I run out of ideas, but I forgot to bring it out today so I might do that tomorrow.

I think the pictures when developed MUST be scanned, and placed on this website for posteriority.

That sounds like a good idea. I shall pass the message on to the Saint King and see what he says. He enjoys photocopying and scanning and rubbing his face on his monitor so there’s a fair chance he’ll be on board and stoking the fires of apples with that baby! (what?)

  • 12. Ian Mac Mac Mac Mac McIver  |  July 2nd, 2007 at 11:46

    Hey!

You can’t say both lines! It’s one or the other baby.

  • 13. Chris  |  July 2nd, 2007 at 14:07

    BLING!

  • 15. Kevil  |  July 3rd, 2007 at 09:36

How do I know which one is one and which one is the other?

  • 16. Chris  |  July 3rd, 2007 at 21:53

One is the first one and the other one is the other one. Easy.

  • 17. Ian Mac Mac Mac Mac McIver  |  July 4th, 2007 at 07:07

I could write you some rules out on a napkin if you like.

  • 18. Kevil  |  July 5th, 2007 at 14:56

I would like that. Very Much.

  • 19. Ian Mac Mac Mac Mac McIver  |  July 6th, 2007 at 08:31

SEVEN is the number of pictures I have now recorded onto its filmy ass. I believe there are actually 28 exposures on the little machine but will only take my allotted 9 images before passing it on.

Should there be a spare image at the end, I suggest it is wasted by taking a picture in darkness with no flash. Possibly a picture of an apple. Then it will be an apple picture but you won’t be able to see the apple that is in the picture, even though it’s there and you can smell its juicy goodness and feel its pips with your mind.

    I agree.

  • 22. Big Red Chicken  |  July 10th, 2007 at 16:59

I think you’re only agreeing because you don’t understand.

What a tempestuous big red chicken you are! To the salt mines for you!
