Nothing is what you think it is. I might be a polymorph myself. It’s hard to be certain so I’ve just been destroying everything I see indiscriminately.

Maybe you should confiscate everything, do some tests and when you’re convinced it IS a door and it IS a fax machine you can return them with an invoice to pay for your services to humanity.
I thought about destroying myself, but if I did that, there’d be nobody to destroy everything else. So I decided, for the sake of humankind, to keep a close eye on myself while decking all the other stuff I could see.
