That’s a bit of a loaded question if ever I heard one.

Will you think of me? It depends on what kind of thoughts you have there. If they’re going to get weird and sordid then I’d rather you didn’t. You can keep me away from your dirty mind.
I found this book in a glass cabinet denoting that it is better / rarer than most of the other books in the shop. Notice how young Leonard Nimoy looks on the front, coupled with his description as, “one of the shining stars of Star Trek” and you can gather this book is surely somewhere close to 60 years old.
As it was placed away from general viewing, it meant that I didn’t get to read the shimmering words and haunting images of old Spock. I’m sure they were very deep and meaningful, more than I could ever write anyway.

I’m imagining that, if you ever got hold of a copy that you could open, it would just say either “yes” or “no”.
Bit of a rip off, it’s hardly poetry now, is it? There’s nothing shimmering about those words.
It could be written in glitter. Then it could be shimmering while still providing a nice simple yes or no answer.
Ooo yeah, actually now that you mention it that wouldn’t be so bad. It better have a lovely backdrop, like a babbling brook or a pleasant mountain path littered with goats.
Or a beach, with L. Nimoy sunbathing in the distance.
… does he have to be there? His part is done, face on the front of the book, words in the middle, there’s nothing more for you to do, Leonard. Go away and cruise for hot b*tches or something.
You’ve only got his face on the cover. The rest of him has to go somewhere.
Can it go in your garden maybe, along with all the things that are edible? Can you hack edible Nimoy?
Like a sort of giant Spock-shaped gnome? Maybe. Given that it’s just his body without the head maybe I could nail a bit of wood to the top and use him as a bird table.
