This is a very important post and one which I hope we will all take very seriously.
I keep coming back to watch the puffins. It’s very soothing.
How much did it cost to put up that camera to keep an eye on them?
If they only filmed them for 4 seconds, it seems like a lot of effort. Usually the beeb put more effort than that into their nature documentaries. I cant see Attenborough being happy to narrate over a 4 second looping clip of a few puffins doing fuck all.
Looping? What do you mean? That’s a live feed you dingus.
I take exception to the idea they’re doing fuck all. Most of them are doing a bit of beak moving, that one at the front is taking a step or two forward, and some guy at the back somewhere is giving his wings a waft. It’s a busy four seconds of puffin life.
I mean, yeah, but it’s hardly ’Planet Earth II’ level shit is it?
You’re so hard to please. I spent two weeks of my life walking up to Scotland to film that, and this is the crap I get now I’m back and I present you with the results.
I’m pleased, about the puffins and other matters.
The puffins are also pleased. I checked with them.
